Mail-order prescription drugs are available at 2.5 times the retail copay up to a 90-day supply, up to the maximum allowed benefit.

The Mail Order program is not available within 45 days of the policy terminating. Please consult with your provider to have your monthly prescriptions filled at your local retail pharmacy. The Mail Order program will available again for new policy year.
